Description

• Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports overall marketing objectives, including brand awareness, revenue influence , and customer retention. • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and social media posts. • Build and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and timely delivery of content. • Collaborate with SEO agencies to optimize content for search engines, ensuring it ranks highly for relevant keywords and drives organic traffic. • Position Middesk as a thought leader in the business identity and verification space by creating content that addresses industry trends, challenges, and solutions. • Oversee the creation and production of video content, including scripting, storyboarding, and collaborating with videographers to create compelling visual narratives. • Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and create content that addresses customer pain points and showcases the value of Middesk’s solutions. • Set actionable and measurable revenue influence goals, using data-driven performance insights to refine and optimize the content strategy; set up reporting to track and measure the performance of your content and programs. • Develop and execute content distribution plans to maximize reach and engagement across various channels, including email, social media, and partnerships. • Identify and build relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to amplify Middesk’s content and reach new audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. Experience with business identity, verification, or compliance is a plus. • Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills are essential. • Ability to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with broader marketing and business goals. • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and on-page optimization. • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track content performance and derive actionable insights. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience leading a content team or working with external content creators and agencies.
