• Help scale commercial success and revenue growth • Strategically identify new business opportunities • Move prospects through the funnel and win deals • Own multi-level and multi-channel prospecting and stakeholder engagement • Develop bespoke collateral such as demos, sales decks, case studies, etc. • Coach team members and share domain knowledge • Regularly track, assess, and update data • Build understanding of products and Intelligent Automation landscape • Help iterate on Go-To-Market plans and processes

Requirements

• Background in hunting, qualifying, developing/optimizing pipelines and running efficient sales processes • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR) • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively build a business case around identified pains • Superior communication and relationship-building skills • Desire to continuously learn and improve yourself and your environment • Experience in successfully introducing new products is a bonus • Firm grasp of advanced sales techniques and methodologies is a bonus • Knowledge of automation/RPA, process mining or related markets is a bonus • Comfortable working within high-growth environments is a bonus • Experience as an early sales hire at a startup is a bonus
