Description

• Taking full ownership of net new Enterprise accounts in the Midwest • Understanding customer’s business requirements and aligning Kong solutions • Providing account leadership in pre- and post-sales process • Managing cross-functional relationships with various teams including SE, SDR, Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal • Fostering partnerships with Channel, Cloud Providers, Systems Integrators, ISVs • Building large ecosystem-based sales campaigns • Embracing the sales process with attention to detail • Operating with a high standard of excellence • Meeting Customers and Partners on-site and remotely, attending events, trade shows, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hunting experience • A strong desire to succeed • Past track record of success • Key focus on helping customers solve & address their business challenges • Experience with infrastructure software, open source, APIM, and the cloud native landscape preferred
