Description

• CRE and Business / C&I loan portfolio data review, normalization, stratification, and analysis • Valuation of loans secured by commercial real estate, business assets, and other commercial collateral • Analysis of market data • Virtual data room set up / coordinate data transfer with investors, servicers, and lenders • Preparation of due diligence materials and loan files • Transaction status reporting • Assisting in closing transactions • Assisting in responses to client RFPs

Requirements

• 1-4 years experience in a mortgage origination, real estate, or structured products analyst program • Prior career experience in real estate underwriting / investment analysis, lending or special servicing • Strong MS Excel and database skills • Argus experience preferred • Modeling/underwriting experience of Office, Hospitality and/or Retail properties • Strong writing skills • Ability to learn quickly • Attention to detail • Ability to work as part of a team • Genuine interest in debt capital markets / commercial real estate
