Description
• Responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the agency's client portfolio • Ensure effective resource allocation and risk mitigation • Drive portfolio performance and deliver value to clients
Requirements
• 8+ years of project management experience in a marketing/creative agency or similar environment, with 2 years in a leadership role on a large book of business ($3M+) • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams • Ability to establish, document, and refine standardized project management processes • Strong negotiation skills • Proactively identifies future trends and opportunities • Understands the interconnectedness of projects and portfolios
