• Work alongside a Customer Success Manager to drive all technical aspects of post-sales engagement • Play an advisory role to early customers and build long-term strategic relationships • Be the technical customer advocate internally and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D teams
• 2+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role • Proficiency in using REST API’s • Good understanding of data modeling and data pipelines • Hands-on experience in administering and deploying enterprise solutions • Proficient in Python, Java, Javascript, and scripting languages • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
