Description

• Manage the sales cycle effectively, from the initial pitch to deal closure, using HubSpot to track and document interactions and progress • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential partners’ goals, challenges, and requirements, tailoring your approach to present Moxie’s solutions as the ideal fit • Develop a deep understanding of Moxie’s offerings, including operational support, product, marketing, and regulatory compliance, to communicate value propositions effectively • Build strong relationships with potential partners by providing exceptional customer service and showing a genuine interest in their success. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and represent our mission and partnership model, even if a deal doesn’t close • Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Moxie

Requirements

• Proven success in consultative selling for 3 years+, ideally in aesthetics or SMB SaaS • Ask insightful questions and enjoy solving problems • Build strong relationships, overcome objections, and persuade providers to choose Moxie • Self-motivated and results-oriented, but willing to seek help when needed. Thrive in high-trust, low-ego environments • View feedback as valuable, embrace coaching, and implement suggestions promptly
