Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the contractor segment • Identify and prospect potential contractor clients, establishing rapport and understanding their needs • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our window solutions • Collaborate with contractors to provide customized solutions tailored to their project requirements • Provide accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and pricing to contractors • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales support, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and expand our contractor network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry • Strong understanding of window products, construction techniques, and building codes/regulations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
