Description

• Responsible for leading a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality products • Ensure engineers work closely with Product and Design, transitioning effectively from discovery to delivery • Run agile sprint ceremonies and coach team members in delivery management

Requirements

• Have experience leading an engineering team in the Product Team model as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead • Are experienced leading teams using Agile principles and Scrum methodologies • Enjoy working with Product and Engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects • Help other teammates grow through mentorship and coaching • Have knowledge of common patterns and software engineering and best practices • Have experience working with high traffic, scalable mobile applications • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent real-world experience
