Description
• Shape design solutions from rough conceptual discovery to polished interactive prototypes • Work cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams • Lead design on both new and existing functionality • Facilitate design discussions on complex projects • Maintain and improve the design system • Conduct customer interviews
Requirements
• Years of demonstrated experience as a product designer—ideally including SaaS products—with a portfolio of real work you’ve shipped • Exceptional communicator with experience leading design discussions • Strong combination of visual design and prototyping user flows in tools like Figma • Deep understanding of standards and UX best practices • Experience working with, creating or maintaining pattern libraries and design systems • Humbleness, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic • Hunger for continuous feedback
