Description
• Join the Workflow Team and enhance development flows • Lead a team of 3 SWEs based in Europe • Spend at least 50% of your time coding • Own feature end-to-end, from ideation to iterating based on user feedback after shipping • Conduct code reviews for best practices and maintain code quality • Mentor and guide Software Engineers in a collaborative environment • Participate in on-call rotations to handle critical issues
Requirements
• Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies • Expert-level proficiency in Golang and its ecosystem • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role • Exposure to Infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Github CI/CD, and public cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
