Description
• Work closely with a small, dynamic finance team to support day-to-day treasury, finance, and accounting functions. • Handle month and quarter-end close processes, documentation, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. • Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliations for multiple bank accounts. • Support processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions. • Handle data entry and upkeep of financial records.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within the world of entertainment or a related industry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Excellent communication and organizational skills are key. • Attention to detail is a trait we highly value. • Problem-solving ability to identify and effectively resolve issues. • Experience with ERP accounting software, particularly Sage Intacct, is preferred.
