Description
• Lead hardware/mechatronics engineering efforts for existing products and new product development • Act as both individual contributor and team/functional leader for hardware development and maintenance • Be the company SME in mechatronics design • Lead efforts to detect, analyze and fix hardware design issues • Participate in design reviews with focus on DFM and DFR • Ensure the design process in the Quality Management System (QMS) is followed
Requirements
• Combination of degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar • Minimum of 2 years experience as an engineering lead • Experience with orthotics and/or exoskeletons desired • Design experience of devices used by consumers and the elderly or with physical limitations • Medical Device experience preferred
