Hardware Engineer

• Lead hardware/mechatronics engineering efforts for existing products and new product development
• Act as both individual contributor and team/functional leader for hardware development and maintenance
• Be the company SME in mechatronics design
• Lead efforts to detect, analyze and fix hardware design issues
• Participate in design reviews with focus on DFM and DFR
• Ensure the design process in the Quality Management System (QMS) is followed

Support Engineer

• Provide technical support for the Neurolutions IpsiHand device
• Assist customers (stroke survivors) and their caregivers
• Collaborate with internal Neurolutions teams
• Become familiar with the IpsiHand system and common customer issues
• Provide seamless and convenient device support
• Interact with customers in a professional, supportive, and patient manner
• Help customers with basic tech support issues
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Provide effective communication on escalated issues
• Ongoing customer support communication
