Description

• Coordinate internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty clients. • Learn and manage workflows in proprietary agency management system (Navigator). • Manage 60-90 clients with direct and regular client contact. • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables. • Independently manage endorsement process. • Manage outsourcing of workflows like certificates of insurance and loss runs. • Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance brokerage experience. • Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation. • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service. • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems. • Works well with others in a fast paced environment. • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs. • Strong time management skills. • Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy. • Basic project management skills and systems knowledge.
