Description

• Manage Newlab’s Social Media Channels and work with all location-based marketers to gather content from each location. • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, exec comms, e-books, video, social media, and traditional marketing collateral. • Write for and maintain Newlab’s blog. • Manage the PR Agency and other communications tasks. • Help with event planning and execution as needed. • Develop written content like whitepapers, reports, and e-books. • Drive the development of engaging web content, including website copywriting and optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and values. • Proactively manage projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, while also providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Serve as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, championing our values and promoting a positive image of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategic communications, content marketing. • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging. Can show long-form samples. • Proven track record of managing projects and teams to successful outcomes. • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and familiarity with B2B marketing campaign processes. • Experience working with designers. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
