• Manage Newlab’s Social Media Channels and work with all location-based marketers to gather content from each location.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, exec comms, e-books, video, social media, and traditional marketing collateral.
• Write for and maintain Newlab’s blog.
• Manage the PR Agency and other communications tasks.
• Help with event planning and execution as needed.

Ensure financial, strategic, and operational objectives are achieved.

• Develop financial models that reflect a coordinated approach between corporate and functional GTM initiatives, investment priorities, and efficiency goals
• Support annual operating/budget planning, assist with corporate cash flow forecasting and enhance our short- and long-term forecasting model
• Support the preparation of board and investor reporting materials and tackle other strategic ad hoc tasks
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and GTM financial models (e.g. Sales, Marketing) to align financial goals with corporate and department objectives
• Partner with the accounting team to make sure forecasts are aligned with historical financials
• Understand and analyze the levers that drive Newlab’s long-term financial trajectory
• Manage the development of sales targets and forecasts while collaborating with the Impact Delivery organization
• Support the Strategic Growth organization through the development and refinement of models that reflect new expansion opportunities
• Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders and ensure they have the necessary resource allocations to invest in key investments/initiatives
