Description

• Originate and lead project finance deals • Develop marketing strategy and engage the market to secure capital partners • Manage relationships and partnerships with financing partners and third-party advisors • Anticipate market trends and conditions • Specialize in structuring acquisitions, partnerships, and investments • Manage project level and portfolio risk • Lead and manage cross-functional deal teams • Build and manage timelines for various parties • Communicate and present findings to senior management • Support financial planning and analysis • Represent the Company to investors, partners, and advisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required • 10+ years of relevant project finance experience executing transactions within power, renewables, construction, or infrastructure sectors • Project finance debt, private equity, and/or tax equity deal execution experience • Ability to lead project finance capital raise transactions and manage a deal team of project finance professionals across experience levels • Experience managing a team and creating a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning • Ability to travel up to 20% to visit conferences, investors, and network • Strong network of investor relationships • Expertise in MS Excel and high proficiency with other MS Office products • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate within the Project Finance team and cross-functionally • Team player who can collaborate in developing strategies and provide forward-thinking solutions • Experience presenting to and working with senior leadership and influencing decision making • MBA or CFA preferred but not required • Proficient in quantitative analytics • Experience with Python, SQL, C#, Java, .NET, and VBA preferred but not required
