• 4 – 6 years’ experience in a help desk environment • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, basic networking knowledge, and experience with common IT tools and software. • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
