Description

Nimble is looking for a VP of Business Development to bring in critical, big-deal pharmaceutical partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working in business development and consulting roles, and will succeed on a driven, fast-paced startup team. This person will work directly with our CEO and leadership team. They will play a meaningful role as they connect with prospective pharmaceutical clients to expand Nimble's footprint in order to help us achieve our next stage of growth. You will: Analyze, develop and execute business development goals and action plans Research and contact new potential pharmaceutical clients to establish rapport Identify opportunities to introduce Nimble and its mission to new potential clients and to propose business deals and partnerships Develop quotes and proposals for clients Use exceptional negotiation skills to close high-stakes deals

Requirements

• Proven track record of success working in a business development role • Bachelor's degree, MBA optional • 8-10+ years in successful business development strategy during a rapid sales growth period with large life science companies • A compassionate and confident approach to selling • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, pivot with shifting priorities and be proactive
