• Develop and execute growth strategies aligning with key business metrics • Focus on increasing client base and regional business expansion • Formulate customer call strategy using Salesforce CRM • Manage relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and present value propositions to clients • Collaborate with commercial team for contract drafting and negotiation • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends • Produce territory success reports and collaborate with Regional Manager

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills • Experience with business development strategies • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated with ability to motivate a team • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and more
