Description

• Encoura is looking for an ambitious sales leader who is eager to prosper in a dynamic high growth environment reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. • Responsible for renewing existing contracts and being the primary sales presenter and closer of all new client leads. • Assemble marketing materials and pricing for presentations and contracts. • Monitor existing programs to ensure success and lead additional strategic initiatives. • The ideal candidate works with top executives, actively seeks out new leads, and navigates relationships with multiple stakeholders. • Expectations to help lead strategic initiatives and communicate details of Encoura’s programs and services.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enrollment Management at a Higher Education Institution or a vendor for the industry with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, creating and executing a sales plan, and consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Omni-Channel Marketing (email, print, social media) to successfully build lead generation thru deposit. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with a track record of success • Must be proactive, motivated, and have impeccable time management skills. • Ability to travel to customer meetings, corporate training, and tradeshows. • Strong sales aptitude • Proficient verbal & written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented • Exceptionally strong organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks • Strong customer service skills • Ability and desire to work within a team • Ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment • Flexible and adaptive to change; able to work productively in a changing environment • Positive attitude and focus on finding solutions • Willingness to go outside these job functions and help to accomplish the given task • Focus and commitment to the organizational mission, the objectives, and the task at hand • Self-starter and problem solver • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities and across departmental lines • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
