• Responsible for providing quality customer service to students, instructors, and stakeholders • Conduct inbound customer service calls meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction standards • Handle customer inquiries applying problem-solving skills • Input student data and process live credit card payments • Document customer interactions in business systems respond to customer messages
• High school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience • Strong customer service and team orientation • Data entry accuracy and integrity • Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired • Bachelors degree preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
