Description
• Manage relationships with Mortgage clients • Facilitate process change management within Mortgage client to maximize Ocrolus platform • In-person client meetings to build strong relationships and facilitate change management process • Coordinate with teammates to provide excellent service • Communicate client needs, demands and goals to internal teams • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients • Keep records of client transactions • Forecast and track client account metrics • Contribute to company growth
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field • 4+ years of Mortgage experience and processes related to Mortgage based companies • Proven track record of success with upselling, cross-selling and renewals • Client focused solutions experience • Ability to communicate client needs with internal teams • Talent for influencing process change management • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously with negotiation, listening, communication skills, presentation and time management skills • Growth mindset
