Description
• Lead multiple teams of engineers overseeing the document processing service • Set technical vision for the core Extraction Platform • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and AI teams • Scale systems and make architectural improvements • Champion continuous improvement and innovation • Recruit, coach, and develop engineers • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives • Monitor project and system performance against strategic goals
Requirements
• Built and managed teams supporting distributed systems at scale • Familiar with Java, Python, and Go languages • Passionate about engineering and operational rigor • Ability to work cross-functionally • High level of autonomy and responsibility • Encourage a healthy work environment • Hands-on contribution to the codebase
