Description

• Design and develop digital assets for various Once Upon a Farm channels. This includes web assets/pages, emails, digital banners, social/shareable assets, etc., always keeping designs on brand and elevated • Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around projects based on feedback • Understand and apply brand guidelines across all assets • Organize and maintain all assets • Support DTC design and acquisition collateral – digital display and social ads • Move from design to production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors to deliver digital-ready files seamlessly • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and be capable of developing social media content (infographics, memes, campaign executions) • Streamline processes to increase productivity and accuracy of execution • Communicate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders on projects to offer as much transparency and collaboration as possible • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines

Requirements

• BA in Graphic Design or related field of study preferred • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • In-depth understanding of modern design principles • Ability to design digital motion assets required • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where each team member chips in on a variety of tasks. • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms • Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter • Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet • Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment • Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred • Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position
