• Responsible for crafting and executing the company’s communications strategy to enhance brand presence • Oversee internal and external comms, media relations, coordination with partners and stakeholders • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels
Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and / or consumer finance landscape • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that drive brand awareness and engagement • Experience managing media relations and crisis communications • Experience managing internal communications / engagement plans / strategy • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics tools • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
