• Rightway is a care navigation and pharmacy benefits platform changing healthcare delivery. • Responsible for building and leading the Communications practice. • Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive inclusion.
• 5-8 years of corporate communications experience, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house experience. • A track record of working with senior executives as a strategic communications advisor. • Proven experience in balancing confidential information and effective decision-making under pressure • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Excellent writing skills, painstaking attention to detail, and ability to navigate ambiguous issues to create concise messaging and plans. • Demonstrable ability to take a strategic approach to assessing corporate reputation challenges and opportunities. • Understanding of different audiences and channels that make up the communications landscape. • Experience developing media strategies and interacting with journalists. • Experience with project management, including planning and delivering work against agreed goals, timetables, and budgets. • A highly motivated team member with keen creative vision who values collaboration and continued improvement.
