• Lead our effort to build the future of military decisions within the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force • Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and market expansion • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities • Leverage existing connections to build relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for successful execution • Lead the development of marketing and sales initiatives • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for growth initiatives • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to teams • Stay informed about industry developments and key partnerships • Represent the company at outside events to amplify visibility • Prepare regular reports for senior management

Requirements

• Deeply focused on understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape • Excellent communication skills to articulate growth plans and build relationships • Thorough understanding of contracting vehicles and their influence on government budgets • Pivotal in building and codifying internal partnership processes • Thrives on data-driven decision-making and constantly experiments with new ideas • Thrilled about leveraging analytical prowess and strategic acumen • Well-connected in the DoD community with a deep bench of contacts • Proven track record of success in developing growth strategies in a SaaS, B2G or B2B environment • Experience in a startup or early-stage technology or services company • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire teams • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling • Knowledge of military planning processes and government contracting requirements is a plus • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Intense about our mission • Ambitious
