Description

• High volume inside sales role • Drive company growth by adding new clients via software license sales • Manage sales pipeline • Qualify inbound leads and prospects • Build relationships with prospective customers • Conduct customer research and develop tailored product demonstrations • Own contract negotiations and close sales • Pursue industry and competitor knowledge • Maintain accurate records • Communicate progress to stakeholders • Identify areas of improvement in accounts • Forecast and track account metrics • Collaborate with sales and customer success for expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience • Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Facilities sales industry experience a plus • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Proficiency with CRM applications such as Salesforce • Experience with lead generation and sales development tools • Organized with excellent follow-up skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
