Description
• Prepare research on open source software projects, industry and competitors analysis, to shape commercialization models and go-to-market strategies • Support new company formation steps including bank and systems setup, legal document review, and manage workflows with external vendors • Manage certain compliance driven projects for OCV and our companies • Identify areas for process improvement and automation opportunities and implement solutions • Contribute to OCV’s handbook on documentation of our recommendations for portfolio companies and refine and implement existing processes • Manage analytics for portfolio company benchmarking and reporting • Run financial models as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Computer Science / Engineering + Business Background • 2-5 years of work experience in strategy or operations at a technology company, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital
