• Help customers get up and running with their machine • Monitor and track issues in the field • Spend time in our Discord community • Communicate technical information clearly • Resolve problems independently • Manage and record information according to company standards
Requirements
• Excitement to work for a young, fast-growing company • Experience with any type of CNC machine • Ability to communicate technical information clearly • Ability to adapt to an evolving work environment • Bonus skills: experience with ecommerce tools, CRM software, electronics knowledge, knowledge of Chinese or German language
