Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic goals • Champion the Company’s transition to next-gen reporting and analysis capabilities • Spearhead the annual short-term and long-term budgeting process • Construct dynamic financial models • Lead the monthly close and reporting cadence • Conduct regular variance analysis • Prepare compelling monthly and quarterly financial packages • Bridge the gap between finance and operations • Work collaboratively with Operations and Data Teams
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS business • Expertise in budgeting, financial modeling and forecasting with advanced Excel skills • Expertise using and experience implementing Power BI or similar financial planning, analysis and visualization tools • Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting • Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and the ability to conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Strong desire to be a strategic partner • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
