• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues. • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and account management. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient service. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and improve processes. • Manage and update customer records in the company CRM system.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office applications. • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
