Description

• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. • Interpret financial data to provide insights into business performance. • Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, including marketing, inventory purchases, and other operational expenses. • Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover, including price adjustments for slow-moving stock. • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast inventory needs and plan for restocking. • Create and execute data-driven marketing plans to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. • Allocate marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend across various channels. • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that aligns with brand values and targets key demographics.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and data analytics. • General understanding of digital marketing. • Proven experience with inventory management and pricing strategies. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of the cycling community is a plus.
