• Highly self-motivated • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital marketing field • Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and managing cross-functional teams • Strong leadership and project management skills • Experience with data tracking systems and process optimization • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Tests very high as an “integrator” in Rocket Fuel EoS test • Extremely detail oriented • Demonstrated ability to track, manage & achieve KPIs • Needs to work Mountain Time
