• Coordinate international shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. • Select, manage, and negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage shipping documentation. • Analyze freight data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and develop performance dashboards. • Manage shipment tracking and maintain accurate operational data in the Workboard and Dashboard. • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to international shipments. • Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics strategies with business goals and improve processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience in a related field. • Strong proficiency in navigating and analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets. • Ability to manage and communicate effectively across multiple systems (Slack, Email, Workflow Planning boards, etc.). • Quick learner with the ability to apply new skills effectively.
