Description
• Analyze and process transactions and disputes • Monitor transactions for potential fraud • Communicate with clients regarding payments activity
Requirements
• 1+ years experience with banking and payment operations; fintech experience a big plus • Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred • Team mindset and willingness to support a program that is closely integrated with other business units (operations, customer success, product, and technology) • Interest in learning and comfort with adapting quickly in fast-moving environments • Part time availability of 10-20 hours per week
