• Oversee complete accounts receivable cycle • Implement and manage soft collection strategies for timely payment • Lead, mentor, and coach accounts receivable team • Develop and implement policies to reduce time to collect • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams • Prepare financial reports and manage cash flow forecasts • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within department
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of billing and financial management • Excellent leadership abilities and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
