• Support the data needs of Trust & Safety teams critical to Patreon • Influence multiple Trust & Safety team roadmaps through analyses • Conduct data analyses and queries to unblock critical workstreams in partner teams • Become a critical contributor during incidents

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science • 2+ years of experience in the Trust & Safety space (Content Safety, Fraud, or Account Integrity) • Experience translating data requests from non-technical partners into clear data pulls & analyses, dashboards, and/or self-service tools • Proficient in SQL and Python/R for conducting data analyses • Habit of looking at the data closely and familiarizing yourself with datasets to better understand nuances and potential issues • Curious and want to understand the operational details of cross-functional teams • Execute with attention to detail and exemplary work ethic • Growth mindset and aspire to continuously improve your soft and technical skills • Excellent communicator with a love for clarity and simplicity
