• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the Peloton mobile app experience and develop strategies and features that help Peloton members get the most out of their experience. • Develop and execute a comprehensive and inspiring product strategy for driving user engagement and growth. Identify areas for product innovation. • Define and monitor success metrics and offer data-driven insights to inspire new features, tools and experiments that drive engagement. • Work with User Research and Analytics to develop a deep understanding of our Members to ensure the product roadmap is grounded in their needs. • Take an active role in driving features to launch by translating product requirements into engineering requirements and testing criteria, performing User Acceptance Testing and designing experiments in collaboration with Engineering, Program Management and Analytics partners. • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of product managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. • Guide the team in setting objectives, prioritizing projects, and delivering impactful results. • Coach the individuals on your team for growth, helping them develop the skills necessary to meet their goals and drive business impact

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling mobile apps. • 1-3 years experience managing Product Managers • Exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to work closely with experts in a different field, understand their needs and translate them into strategy, features and tools • Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback • Self starter; ability to act autonomously • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills • Constant attention to detail
