• Peloton is looking for a Senior Director, Product Analytics to lead the Product Analytics team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product • The ideal candidate combines outstanding business acumen and communication skills with solid analytical skills, with experience managing and developing teams of analysts and data scientists • Manage an engaged, successful team of ~15 product analytics and managers • Champion a data- and outcome-driven culture inside and outside your team

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical field • 10+ years of experience in data science and statistics in digital companies, with significant experience in the product and user behavior domain • 4+ years of experience building, managing and leading analytics and data science teams • Deep understanding of how Product Analytics can support the product development lifecycle every stage • High proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools/frameworks • Experience with self-service analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel) and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) • Experience leading embedded teams that partner throughout the product development lifecycle • Proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized self-starter; thrives in ambiguity and solving open-ended problems without a clear right answer • Excellent communication and collaboration skills required; role involves building positive relationships and communicating complex concepts effectively across the organization
