Description

• Work closely with our customers, engineering, and the founders to design internal and customer-facing applications • Run user research sessions, usability testing sessions, and product analysis for actionable insight • Plan and design interactive wireframes of new features and visual assets needed to implement those features • Assess existing UX architecture and identify areas for improvement • Iterate on features and edits to drive adoption and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to produce sales collateral • Head and contribute to branding and material on the customer marketing website and PermitFlow software • Help us design a really amazing permitting product that is not only beautiful, but works and scales

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with UX/UI Design • Experience with Figma and Adobe product suite • Experience building design systems • SaaS startup experience
