• Oversee completion of financial reports in a timely manner • Manage data entry into Finance record systems • Track capital expenditures and fixed assets • Review and approve payroll functions • Ensure timely financial filings with external agencies • Develop and update accounting policies and procedures • Coordinate annual budget preparations • Provide financial analyses and initiate action plans • Assist with grant program budget preparations • Coordinate with auditors and support reporting activities • Support Budget & Finance Committee of the Board • Assess and improve workflow in the finance department • Serve as a contributing member of the Affiliate Leadership Team
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance • Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of financial management experience in healthcare • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Commitment to the goals of Planned Parenthood
