Description

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the frontend development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards. • Architect and design React-based applications that are scalable, modular, and maintainable. • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using React.js and related libraries. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in frontend applications to ensure optimal user experience. • Write unit tests and participate in integration testing to validate the functionality and performance of frontend components. • Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend systems, APIs, and components. • Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js and related technologies. • Proven track record of designing and developing complex, scalable web applications. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles - advanced strategies in Typescript. • Experience in ReactNative and mobile app development. • Experience with testing tools such as Jest/Cypress for unit/component/e2e testing. • Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux or the Context API. • Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, Next.js, Webpack, etc.). • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Experience in healthcare technology or related domains is a plus.
