Description

• Pontera is seeking a Strategic Relationship Manager to own the onboarding, maintenance, and expansion of key relationships with mid market partners. The ideal candidate has experience driving revenue and adoption for a B2B SaaS product or technology provider in the Financial Services industry through channel partnerships, key account relationships, and traditional outbound sales strategies. Experience collaborating with internal and external marketing, sales, and account management teams is required. The position presents an exciting opportunity to join a successful start-up as it accelerates its growth, and a career path within the Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) team to learn and develop. You'll gain invaluable experience and real-time gratification in a place where your work and your efforts will be instantly seen and felt.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ year’s professional experience in key account management, channel sales, and/or strategic partnership management is preferred • Former financial advisors have shown to be a good fit for this role • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), comfortable interacting directly with C-level executives • High EQ, with a demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborative team player, able to coordinate internal stakeholders and gain buy-in • Highly entrepreneurial, creative, and opportunistic • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment • A sense of urgency, persistence, scrappiness, grit • Strong project management skills • Willing to travel (up to 20%)
