Description
• As the first Software Engineer In Test at Prelim, lead and manage the entire quality assurance lifecycle, from test planning to execution • Develop detailed test plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Communicate regularly with development teams to understand project requirements and provide updates on test status • Identify, document, and track software defects • Perform both manual and automated testing • Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Requirements
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) • Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, or similar • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
