• Managing QuickBooks Online for accurate financial records • Reconciling bank accounts and credit card transactions monthly • Preparing and analyzing financial reports • Generating cash flow reports • Developing financial models for decision-making • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliation • Overseeing QuickBooks payroll and HR onboarding • Facilitating new hire orientation and employee training • Providing support for HR documentation and policies • Serving as a point of contact for employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Preferred Qualifications: CPA or relevant certification
