• Generate net-new partnership opportunities with school and district leaders
• Assume ownership of partnership opportunities generated via Business Development partners
• Participate in co-marketing/co-sales opportunities with strategic partner organizations
• Foster opportunities within schools and districts through the partnership pipeline by: Uncovering their needs in a guided discovery process, providing a guided demonstration of our products and services, securing a partnership agreement and commitment to teacher training, ensuring a successful transition to the Teacher Success team
• Manage your pipeline, forecast outcomes, and plan/execute impactful tactics
• Leverage school partnerships to generate district-wide partnerships
• Consistently deepen your understanding about K-12 education (e.g., federal/state policies, evolving market trends, domain-based jargon, etc.)
• Experiment with innovative approaches and double down on approaches that work best
• Collaborate with key stakeholders within Educator Enablement and across the organization
