•The Director of Business Development will serve as a key leader responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy by spearheading new business opportunities... •Lead the development of a clear and inspiring vision for business growth... •Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team... •Act as a role model and inspiring leader... •Cultivate strong relationships with internal leaders across sales, marketing, product, and finance... •Work closely with the CEO, Sales Leadership, and other executives... •Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment... •Craft and implement a forward-thinking business development strategy... •Direct and oversee all business development efforts... •Serve as a bridge between business development and other departments... •Establish and track KPIs for the business development team... •Guide the team in making informed, data-driven decisions... •Encourage the exploration of new technologies, business models, and market opportunities.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). •10+ years of business development experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. •Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization. •A visionary leader with a track record of driving business growth, inspiring teams, and building successful partnerships. •Strong financial acumen and experience with business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. •Expertise in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and partnership management. •Experience with CRM tools and data analytics to inform decision-making.
